Bring the work.
We’ll bring the questions.
You don’t need a polished brief for the first conversation. These notes can help if you already have a workflow in mind.
A useful starting point.
Think about one recurring task: where it starts, who touches it, where it slows down, and what a successful result looks like.
Keep confidential records in your own systems. A plain-language description is enough for the initial discussion; we’ll agree how to review examples if we proceed.
Request a conversation- The task and how often it occurs.
- The people responsible for doing and reviewing it.
- The systems and documents involved.
- The common exceptions and costly mistakes.
- The result you would use to judge improvement.
- Any access, timing, or approval constraints.
