An AI audit is a structured, time-boxed review of a firm's operations to identify which queues are good fits for agentic AI workflow design — and which are not — before any build engagement is committed. The audit answers three questions explicitly: which queue should ship first, what the realistic operating outcome is, and what it will take to deliver that outcome. The output is a written document, not a slide deck.

What the audit is not: it is not a marketing assessment. It is not a generic "AI readiness scorecard." It is not a sales pitch dressed up as an evaluation. It is a working session — sometimes a series of sessions — where the operating team walks the principal through the actual work moving through the business and the principal names the queues that fit, the queues that don't, and the order in which they should be tackled.

What the audit covers: the inbound work shapes the firm handles every week, where time is leaking, what the existing data and systems can support, what the regulatory and compliance constraints are, what the realistic productivity and coverage outcomes are, and what the expected timeline and budget look like to ship the first workflow. By the end of the audit, both sides know enough to say yes or no — without a custom-quote conversation that would otherwise consume another two weeks.

At Sovereign Action, the audit is priced at $499 if we determine we are not a fit (and the engagement ends there) or $999 as a down payment toward a larger engagement if we are. The fee is the prerequisite for the productized First Workflow build at $9,500 — both sides know what we are building and why before the build begins.
